摘要: To enhance the surface bioactivity of titanium (Ti) prostheses, an electroactive polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film was prepared on a Ti substrate to provide mimetic electrical microenvironment, which facilitated performance cell functions. The results proliferation and differentiation assays indicated that polarization PVDF-Ti (PTi) altered its charge, thus inducing adhesion, osteogenic cells. polarized (PPTi) may therefore find applications in bone regeneration.
