摘要: The rhizosphere microenvironment is the site of nutrient circulation and microbial community formation, thus an ongoing topic research. Although research on this extensive, studies into fruit trees remain rare. To elucidate mechanisms driving tree microenvironment, we assessed soil physicochemical properties, enzyme activities, community-level physiological profile (CLPP) diversity in rhizospheric soils eight common deciduous northern China. We found that available minerals, pH, utilization six types carbon (C) substrates, varied among species. Redundancy analysis (RDA) showed microenvironmental parameters (ammonia nitrogen content, pH invertase activity) were closely related to community. Further revealed C sources, nitrate activity negatively correlated with Ambiguous species Alternaria; however, these groups positively pH. ammonia content was source Ambiguous, Lysobacter, Nitrospira, Alternaria, Fusarium, Colletotrichum. Interestingly, linked community, especially fungal diversity, plant-beneficial microbes such as Mortierella, Geomyces, Chaetomium, but pathogenic Hence, activities significantly affected by Additionally, a variety environmental factors trees.
