摘要: ✓ Leakage of contrast material during angiography is an uncommon phenomenon in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Intraparenchymal extravasation was demonstrated five 12 patients whom serial cartoid carried out within 5 hours Extravasated material, first noted the arterial phase, grew size and density until early venous phase still visible on last 10-sec film. Three four hematoma evacuated surgically showed clinical improvement.
