摘要: Abstract Transcripts of the sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ pump SERCA2 are alternatively spliced to produce SERCA2a (expressed in left ventricular muscle (LVM)) and SERCA2b (in stomach smooth (SSM)) mRNA that use different polyadenylation sequences. LVM is more stable than SSM. Here, we report poly A+ tail length (32±2 bases) longer SSM (20±1). In vitro decay assays, 3′-region or when longer. However, similar for SERCA2b, RNA stable.
