摘要: Twenty-nineAspergillus isolates and 25Fusarium underwent in vitro antifungal susceptibility testing by a broth macrodilution procedure adapted from the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards guidelines. The MIC50s of both voriconazole amphotericin B were 0.5 μg/ml 1 against species ofAspergillus andFusarium, respectively, while MIC90s agents 2 μg/ml. Voriconazole was more active than B: geometric mean MICs againstAspergillus spp. 0.36 0.64 μg/ml, respectively. also demonstrated fungicidal activity spp., with 86% (24/29) exhibiting minimum lethal concentrations ≤4
