摘要: In the aeronautical field, some parts are forged and consequently fibers orientation occurs. However, thin walls hard to get with forging method. Consequently, machining operations done a wall reduce weight of part. because size part volume chips can be significant. The ratio between final is approximately 80 %. To improve economical environmental sustainability, method consists recycling directly chip after operations. studies show great impact different points on recyclability like thickness, roughness, or density. control morphology first point in ensuring good recyclability. This article concerns relationship cutting conditions, tool geometries, lubricant morphology. analysis decomposed several points: length, morphology, formation. observations also strong influence conditions where an increase reduces drastically size. Concerning formation, produced during milling uncut thickness varies, microstructure then affected.
