摘要: Abstract The present work regards the nonlinear electrical behavior of carbon fiber reinforced cement mortar in dry state while content is near percolation threshold. Tunneling effect theory and Ohm’s law were employed to interpret conductive mechanism. An obvious flat zone was observed resistivity–voltage plot when applied voltage low. critical beyond which resistivity starts deviate differs with varying volume fractions. A mathematical model relating cement-based composite electric field intensity validated experimentally. Fitting results show that influence tunneling on conductivity system decreases significantly owing increasing content. Consequently, barrier no longer a hindrance motion charge carriers vicinity or above
