A survey ( n = 239) administered 2014 across counties investigates process attitude expectation formation they developed. Results show that majority had positive expectations, largely unmet; nonetheless, most retain both projects, although certain types related more negative attitudes. Furthermore, results find turbines motion be beautiful than static turbines—demonstrating economic environmental values influencing expectations.
