摘要: The coexistence of the cubic fluorite and tetragonal phases in rapidly quenched samples was studied iin Zr02-M01.5 systems for M = Sc, In, Y, rare earths (R). Spontaneous transformation from metastable phase triggered at room temperature by a mechanical force. Isolated platelets matrix were bounided (101) habit planes contained anti-phase boundaries. tetragonality decreased with stabilizer content vanished around 18 mom Y R, 23 mol% 25 all temperature.
