摘要: A process is provided for the vapor phase hydrogenation of carboxylic acids to yield their corresponding alcohols in presence steam and a catalyst comprising mixed oxides ruthenium, at least one cobalt, nickel, optionally cadmium, zinc, copper, iron, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium platinum. further preparation acid esters from absence utilizing above-identified catalysts.
