摘要: In order to detect the longitudinal cracks on outside surface of a hollow components, novel pattern ultrasonic phased array transducers is designed. The shape transducer rectangular and distributed column, with longer side parallel central axis column. Meanwhile are rotated certain angle about surface. According structure transducers, this named as serrated columnar array. paper, placed in center axle. Because angle, each oblique relative inner component, expected generate transverse waves inspection component. A delayed law calculation method, based Snell' law, for focus beam forming through curved interface described. Two transient acoustic finite element models, one crack other without crack, established by using COMSOL software verify performance design, crack. With designed laws, can be generated focused at position. By applying laws reception channels, sum up echo signals, signal retrieved from model stronger than that cracks. results show special potential serve an non-destructive tool components.
