摘要: Abstract This article presents the results of comparative research project, “Managed Care in Latin America: Its Role Health System Reform.” Conducted by teams Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and United States, study focused on exportation managed care, especially from its adoption American countries. Our methods included qualitative quantitative techniques. The care reflects process transnationalization health sector. findings demonstrate entrance main multinational corporations finance capital into private sector insurance services, these corporations’ intention to assume administrative responsibilities for state institutions secure access medical social security funds. International lending agencies, World Bank, support corporatization privatization as a condition further loans We conclude that this change, which involves gradual an officially favored policy, ideologically based discourses accept inexorable nature reforms.
