摘要: The face is a complex anatomical unit characterized by different kinds of tissues contained within small space. In particular, the repair peripheral nerve lesions due to bone fractures and/or soft tissue injuries major challenge for reconstructive surgeons. Prior surgical therapy, detailed analysis (a) patient’s history, (b) physical and neurological examination, (c) etiology, (d) localization lesion site, (e) denervation time, (f) degree lesion, (g) functional loss required. purpose this chapter present indications therapeutical options treatment face. These include nonsurgical options. Surgical dynamic strategies such as neurolysis, epineural suture repair, grafting, transfer, regional muscle microneurovascular free well static fascial slings cosmetic procedures.
