摘要: The aim of this study was to elaborate dry and fresh extracts from M. oleifera leaves, as well perform the physicochemical toxicological characterizations. Initially, were made by drying homogenizing techniques leaves oleifera, in or state. Soon after, samples characterized according following parameters: water content (Moisture), activity, ash, lipids, total soluble solids content, titratable acidity, pH, vitamin C. toxicology test performed.
