摘要: The main aim of primary tooth pulp therapy is to maintain arch length and integrity by preserving the pulpally involved as a natural space maintainer. two major procedures used perform in teeth, pulpotomy pulpectomy, have evolved over years. This chapter discusses contemporary pediatric endodontic concepts definitive indications contraindications for therapy. It includes step-by-step description both MTA single-visit pulpectomy using rotary files posterior teeth. High-resolution clinical pictures every step along with long-term follow-ups tips will help reader achieve predictable prognosis when carrying out these valuable procedures.
