Metalizing reduction and magnetic separation of vanadium titano-magnetite based on hot briquetting

摘要: To achieve high efficiency utilization of Panzhihua vanadium titano-magnetite, a new process metalizing reduction and magnetic separation based on hot briquetting is proposed, factors that affect the cold strength hot-briquetting products are successively investigated through laboratory experiments. The relevant mechanisms elucidated basis microstructural observations. Experimental results show optimal parameters for include temperature 475°C, carbon ratio 1.2, ore coal particle sizes less than 74 μm. Additionally, with respect to separation, rational field intensity 50 mT, 1350°C, time 60 min, 1.2. Under these above conditions, crushing agglomerates 1480 N, recovery ratios iron, vanadium, titanium as 91.19%, 61.82%, 85.31%, respectively. demonstrates evident technological advantages iron from other valuable elements in titano-magnetite.
