摘要: Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death for patients with end-stage renal (ESRD), including young adults. The appearance endothelial dysfunction an early stage in development atherosclerosis. There are conflicting data on effect hemodialysis function adults, but there no studies children. This study compares children healthy controls and describes a regular dialysis session function. We studied 10 dialysis, before after midweek session. Endothelial was non-invasively ultrasound equipment as percentage post-ischemic flow-mediated dilation (FMD) brachial artery. In FMD 6.0±4.1%, while it 14.2±5.8% (P=0.002). Hemodialysis induced further decrease to 1.8±2.7% (P=0.003). Baseline diameter or distensibility artery did not change. Systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pulse pressure decreased, diastolic heart rate demonstrates that have dysfunction. A procedure induces ESRD. repeated insult endothelium maintenance may contribute cardiovascular risk these
