摘要: Consumer interest in organically grown fruit appears to have increased considerably recent years but the organic apple growing Sweden cannot match demand. One objective of this thesis was study conversion an orchard with 'Aroma' and 'Karin Schneider' from IFP production. The accumulated yield for both cultivars slightly lower sections compared IFP-grown sections, due mainly a number fruits while size remained same. In 10% damaged by scab less than 1% sections. Aphids NTG (noctuids, tortricids geometrids) inflicted highest amount insect damage higher No major treatment effects were found covering colour, ground firmness, sugar content or malic acid content. Two observation trials scab-resistant one suitable production industrial use also carried out. Trial I, most productive 'Bio Golden' 'Topaz', II 'Vanda' 'Scarlet O'Hara'. fall-ripening 'Rubinola' late-ripening O'Hara', which keeps well storage, seem be our climate. 'Rajka' is interesting since it resistant against rosy aphid. III cultivars, 'Blenheim Orange', 'Bramley', 'Holsteiner Cox', 'Ingbo', 'Queen' appear promising high levels tree resistance pests diseases, processing. A consumer evaluation performed. consumers evaluated five each. Each cultivar scored appearance, texture, juiciness, taste overall impression. All quality attributes positively correlated when calculations performed across all scores, impression having strongest association. Baslgard selection 'K:1160' emerged as best liked overall. Minimum needed obtain reliable results determined computer simulations indicating that variation became stabilized already 50 consumers.
