摘要: Resume Des mesures du nombre de transport cationique monocristaux d'oxyde nickel ont ete realisees pour des temperatures comprises entre 900 et 1300°C pressions partielles d'oxygene 10 −8 , a 1 atm. A 1000°C sous air t Ni ∼ 2 × −7 . Les variations la conductivite en fonction pression partielle semblent montrer que: • — V ′ est le defaut predominant haute temperature basse d'oxygene; ″ d'oxygene.
