The paediatric psychiatric emergency population in a university teaching hospital in Belgium (2003-2008).

摘要: In the last few decades, there has been a remarkable increase in number of children and adolescents presenting with psychiatric complaints to emergency department USA. Europe, however, less is known about paediatric population. This study provides clinical demographic profile this population its service use European context. From 2003 2008, we registered 989 patients consulting services (PES) large university hospital Belgium. During period increased more than three-fold.
