摘要: Understanding the evolution process and formation mechanism of nanoscale structures is crucial to controllable synthesis inorganic nanomaterials with well-defined geometries unique functionalities. In addition conventional Ostwald ripening process, oriented aggregation has been recently found be prevalent in nanocrystal growth. this new mechanism, primary small nanocrystals firstly spontaneously aggregate manner attachment, then large crystalline materials are formed via interparticle recrystallization. Furthermore, fabrication ordered solid that shown specific collective properties will promote application devices.
