摘要: In this paper, we describe a control strategy for photovoltaic (PV) power plant equipped with an energy storage system (ESS), based on lithium-ion battery. The consists of the following units: PV generator, system, DC-bus and inverter. control, organised in hierarchical manner, maximises self-consumption local load unit. particular, ESS action performs balance case low solar radiation or surplus generation, thus managing exchange variability at grid. implemented is under testing RSE pilot test facility Milan, Italy.
