摘要: The banks are motivated to leverage their m-banking activities with the advancement of mobile technologies and high penetration rate. Despite availability services, many consumers still posses attitude ‘wait-and-see’ which resulted unsatisfactory adoption Hence, this paper aims extend Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) model better understand what drives Malaysian adopt services. conceptual also provide strategic insights for commercial banks, service developers, manufacturers, others yield higher acceptance m-banking.
