摘要: An X-ray contrast medium which comprises liposome having a narrow particle diameter distribution, containing compound polyalkylene oxide group and/or sterol in its lipid membrane, and water-soluble nonionic iodine-containing included the water phase said wherein preferably both of membrane an aqueous medium, is dispersed, contain at least pharmaceutical preparation auxiliary substantially same concentration inside outside weight ratio 1 to 10 membrane. The above prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide method, therefore, free toxic solvent such as chlorine-containing solvent.
