摘要: In neurovascular surgery, the surgeon must navigate among eloquent areas, through complex anatomy to a particular vascular malformation or anomaly. Augmented reality (AR) visualization may be used show vessels not visible when looking at brain surface and aid navigation by bringing into spatial alignment pre-operative data with real patient anatomy. using AR, we in planning craniotomy obtain optimal resection corridor reduce time localize identify important vessels. following paper, describe first uses of our AR neuronavigation system operating room (OR). Specifically, system’s use three different cases, an aneurysm case, arteriovenous malfromation, dural fistula. Furthermore, give qualitative evaluation based on comments from OR post-operative discussions neurosurgeons.
