摘要: In the early development of animals, both organism morphology and genes expression undergo dramatic changes, epigenetic information plays an important role in this process. recent years, benefit from genome other technologies, we are able to know more detail on how different involved process gametogenesis, transgenerational genetics development. It is found that often genome-wide reprogramming these processes. This review mainly introduces (including DNA methylation, chromatin accessibility, histone modification 3D structure) during gametogenesis embryogenesis, conservatism evolution roles species.
