摘要: The incorporation of [H-3] AZT into the DNA cultured hamster (Chinese ovary, CHO) mouse (NIH 3T3) and human (HL60) cells, was studied by radiolabeling, radioimmunoassay, localization drug in chromosomes immunohistochemistry. Incorporation DNA, cells exposed to 0.8 mM for 24 hours, showed values 0.82 pmol/mug HL60, 0.84 CHO 4.49 NIH 3T3 cells. Similar results were obtained radioimmunoassay with an anti-AZT antibody. Indirect immunofluorescence using same antiserum demonstrated chromosomal higher concentrations telomeric regions cell chromosomes.
