摘要: Abstract An overview is presented of the emerging area optical storage information, placing emphasis on alkali halide crystals as prototype media. The twin phenomenon photochromism and photodichroism exhibited by colour-centred halides can be exploited for purposes information storage. In such media picture stored direct well holographic methods Hurter-Driffield (H-D) characteristics established. It shown that are a useful material fundamental research information.
