摘要: I n t r o d u c i While most institutions of higher education support the concept faculty evaluation, such appraisal systems are seldom well received. These negative reactions often dismissed as resistance to accountability, but they can be based on knowledge many real problems associated with performance evaluation programs (Baird, Beatty & Schneier, 1982) and policies affecting their implementation (Centra, 1980; Miltman, 1981).
