摘要: An approach to the problem of lipid-protein interactions in lipoproteins, is study behaviour ”in vitro” reassembled apoprotein-lipid mixtures. Apoproteins obtained by delipidation lipoproteins can be recombined with lipids either synthetic or isolated from corresponding lipoprotein fraction. Analysis kinetics and thermodynamic features association process, as well composition, properties structure complex, should provide information about nature extent forces responsible for formation stabilization apoproteinlipid bond within native lipoproteins. Various technical problems are associated these experiments such preparation characterization lipid dispersions apoprotein solutions, selection an optimal reassembly procedure given protein composition initial mixture.
