摘要: Abstract Ovarian cancer is diagnosed as the most deadly gynecological tumor. metastasis affects chemoresistance and confers poor patient prognosis. In present work, we intended to elucidate whether long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) TLR8-AS1 regulated cell of ovarian cancer, uncover molecular mechanism in modulation progression. Firstly, bioinformatics analyses identified a cancer-associated fibroblasts lncRNA cancer. Further experiments revealed that augmented in vitro in vivo. Moreover, upregulates TLR8 by stabilizing mRNA, thus activating NF-κB signaling promoting chemoresistance. Besides, TCGA data analysis suggested elevated comparison adjacent non-cancerous tissues. High expression levels were measured metastatic correlated with The clinical supported biological significance dysregulation development. Our work demonstrates can be applied diagnostic prognostic indicator for maybe an alternative target treatment
