摘要: Present home energy retrofit programs do not account for the effect of retrofits on indoor environmental quality conditions that influence comfort and health. This project developed a systematic procedure selecting packages have potential to simultaneously save improve in apartments. The was used select 16 apartments resulting changes apartment use were assessed. Implementation resulted overall, but universal, improvements conditions.
