摘要: Aim: The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between social support, decisional conflict, and attitude towards advance directives, determine whether conflict mediates relation support directives among older adults in South Korea. Methods: In total, 209 community-based (mean age, 74.82 years) participated cross-sectional study. Demographic characteristics, self-perceived health status, were investigated via a structured questionnaire. Data analysis carried out using Pearson's correlation path analyses. Results: mean score 48.01 (range, 35-61). Decisional both significantly related (P < 0.001). Additionally, mediator attitudes. Conclusion: results confirmed importance for reducing encouraging positive attitudes toward directives. Future studies are needed development culturally sensitive educational approaches regarding
