摘要: Pholiota nameko polysaccharide (PNPS-1) has been isolated and purified by enzymatic hydrolysis, hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation, ion-exchange gel-filtration chromatography. The anti-inflammatory activity of PNPS-1 was evaluated in rodents using xylene-induced ear edema, egg albumin-, carrageenin-, formaldehyde-induced paw cotton pellet granuloma test, adhesion peritoneal leukocytes vitro, ulcerogenic activity. results showed that (5 mg/ear) inhibited topical edema the mouse at 100, 200, 400 mg/kg (intraperitoneally) it significantly suppressed development animals. (100, mg/kg, per oral) growth tissues induced subcutaneously implanted pellets rats 10.96, 18.07, 43.75%, respectively. also spontaneous phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate-activated vitro. Further, both acute as well chronic administration did not produce any gastric lesion rats. In conclusion, these data indicated possesses significant suggesting its potential an agent for use treatment various inflammatory-related diseases.
