摘要: The health system can be defined as ‘comprising all the resources, organisations and institutions that are devoted to producing interdependent actions aimed principally at improving, maintaining or restoring health’. WHO document ‘Strengthening systems improve outcomes’ describes six components – (1) service delivery; (2) workers; (3) information; (4) medical products, technology vaccines; (5) finance; (6) governance leadership. These may described ‘levers’ due dynamic nature of system’s functioning.
