摘要: • Dissection of the eyelids and sagittal sections orbital blocks identified anatomic features oriental responsible for their unique appearance. The basic distinction involves formation eyelid crease fold. In occidental eyelid, septum fuses with levator aponeurosis above superior tarsal border. However, in below accompanying preaponeurotic or fat is allowed to proceed anterior surface, resulting a full thickened eyelid. inferior extension septum, beyond border, prevents aponeurotic fibers from fanning toward subcutaneous tissues produce normal crease. Appreciation important those persons who evaluate surgically explore these eyelids.
