摘要: Waste Cooking Oils (WCO) have been gaining prominence as an alternative feedstock for biodiesel production due to is potential reduce the economic and environmental costs of produced with biomass. However, there are various types WCO collection different efficiency impacts. The aim this paper present assessment from addressing schemes in Portugal. implications allocation approaches (no allocation, mass energy allocation) final results also assessed. Life Cycle Impact Assessment was calculated (ReCiPe method) for: Climate Change; Terrestrial Acidification; Marine Eutrophication Freshwater Eutrophication. contribution overall impacts ranged significantly system impact categories. application led differences up 11 %. A comparison between GHG emissions typical default values presented Renewable Energy Directive performed. emission saving collected Portugal 81 89
