摘要: This paper focuses on how to improve the characteristics of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) sheet transparent, conductive films (TCFs), such as their resistance (Rs) and optical transparency (T), for TCF electrodes. In this work, MWCNT sheets under went an acid treatment in HNO 3 reduce Rs sheet. The is largely dependent immersion time solution. We achieved a 450 Ω/sq with 90 % transmittance at wavelength 550 nm optimized highly conductive, transparent flexible thin film prepared from expected be applicable electronics.
