摘要: When adsorbed from an aqueous dilute solution at high pH into the pores of inert cellulose acetate filter, poly(α,L-glutamic acid) remains strongly anchored to pore walls. The existence helix–coil transition for polypeptide in a certain range is evidenced by static and dynamic membrane properties displayed “activated” such as excess cation uptake, potential, hyraulic permeability. In particular, variations hydrodynamic thickeness present sigmoidal shape characteristic interface, apparently less sharp than solution.
