Consequently, it attracted globally attention scientists, engineers, hydrologists, planners, economists, sociologists, and environmentalists. Water can occur above, on, or below land surface several forms. This chapter, however, deals specifically with water its transport urban areas during processes rainfall-runoff, river flow, snowfall.
