摘要: The environmental pollution has been a matter of concern since long. It affected almost all phases the modern life world over, especially more in past two decades. Consequently, it attracted globally attention scientists, engineers, hydrologists, planners, economists, sociologists, and environmentalists. Water can occur above, on, or below land surface several forms. This chapter, however, deals specifically with water its transport urban areas during processes rainfall-runoff, river flow, snowfall.
