摘要: Social impacts regarding the production of meat are on agenda, especially due to reoccurring problems, like food hygiene, use antibiotics and disregard animal’s welfare. Thus, assessment social for seems essential, but has not been determined within life cycle (SLCA), yet. As pork biggest proportion global per mass; focus this study is production. The SLCA method used address related impacts. Currently it addresses only human beings, while completely neglecting life. Therefore, aims integrate animals into alongside common stakeholder groups’ workers, local communities, consumers. Indicator sets developed assess value chain pork. All indicators allocated relevant midpoint indicate impact pathways. Further research needed characterization occurring
