Social indicators for meat production - addressing workers, local communities, consumers and animals.

摘要: Social impacts regarding the production of meat are on agenda, especially due to reoccurring problems, like food hygiene, use antibiotics and disregard animal’s welfare. Thus, assessment social for seems essential, but has not been determined within life cycle (SLCA), yet. As pork biggest proportion global per mass; focus this study is production.
