摘要: Lithium ion batteries are under intense development to meet the performance specifications for consumer applications in portable electronic devices, electric vehicle and stationary storage as back-up intermittent renewable energy generation technologies. The most expensive capacity-limiting component these battery systems is cathode material. Research has been directed of novel materials with high capacity density lithium transition metal orthosilicates have identified possible cathodes. In this review we focus on recent developments study Li2MnSiO4 its derivatives a lithium-ion Preparation techniques, structural issues, conductivity enhancement complex morphologies discussed, show improvements limitations synthesis electrochemical performance.
