摘要: Patient-centered variables and their relationship to primary team nursing have rarely been studied. In the present study investigation focused on following patient-centered variables: nurturance received, patient involvement, frequency of nurse-patient contacts. Baseline observational data were collected 12 adult medical patients experiencing care. A care approach was then implemented same unit, 6 months later observed under this system. Patients directly 24 hours a day for 5 days hospitalization audiotaped, using specimen record method. This method produced transcripts that coded nurturance, Results showed there no differences between groups in number contacts, or involvement with all personnel professional nurses. However, when group adjusted include only those whom fully implemented, received more (p less than .05) had tendency be active involved did .10).
