摘要: The present invention describes a method for investigating the presence of chlamydia , viruses and other infectious agents in spermatozoa, with use immunofluorescence combination flow cytometry. This is used intracellular detection microorganisms within sperm cells through DNA easing procedure, as well adherent to surface spermatozoa.
