摘要: AbstractIn Part II of this study, a new formulation the spectral energy budget moist available potential (MAPE) and kinetic is derived. Compared to previous formulations, there are three main improvements: (i) Lorenz extended into general atmosphere, (ii) water vapor hydrometeors taken account, (iii) it formulated in nonhydrostatic framework.
