摘要: Abstract Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) were generated in allogeneic mixed-lymphocyte cultures (MLC) with the responder cells from immunized mice (secondary (II∘) MLC.) These CTL could be maintained as proliferating for 2 to 4 weeks by culturing a medium T-cell growth factor (TCGF) activity and 10 30 times active effectors obtained directly or those primary (I∘) MLC. Cytolysis II∘ MLC was refractory inhibition azide, cyanide, cycloheximide contrast previous reports that these agents inhibitory. However, cytolysis sensitive azide when sufficient normal spleen added reduce apparent frequency approximate of less populations. Cycloheximide (Cx) partially inhibited immune shown earlier others. remained Cx even diluted cells. data show populations various sources have both qualitative quantitative differences may alter their biochemical requirements CML. considerations must taken into account attempting define minimal CTL-mediated killing.
