摘要: Major research efforts during the past decades have revealed close interaction between host immune system and symbionts colonizing surfaces of human body. Due to high number microbes found in this environment correlating with its role as an essential organ, gastrointestinal tract has been a major focus research. This chapter reviews current knowledge regarding microbial colonization beneficial influence released mediators on innate well adaptive cells. Several life style factors seems substantially composition microbiome especially first period life. Nevertheless, also later such dietary habits, medication intake or might alter gut microbiota. Thus, strategies beneficially modulate overall are treat dysbiosis, which described contribute onset progression various mediated intestinal diseases.
