摘要: Abstract Changes in surface morphology of Erysiphe graminis conidia after contact with the barley leaf or a cellophane membrane are described. The unstimulated conidium is covered reticulate network interspersed spinelike wall protrusions. Within 10 minutes membrane, releases film that covers network. By 30 thickened and prominent globose bodies present on surface. Components appear to be deposited onto flow outward from conidium. Concurrent deposition material loss integrity as evidenced by absence wax crystals. process completed within 60 occurs advance germination
