摘要: An automated analyte electroextraction and preconcentration system, which was used as the front end for a liquid chromatography–electrospray mass spectrometry instrument, is described. The extraction based on driving anionic analytes across polymer inclusion membrane by application of potential 200 V to cell. Five milliliters (5 mL) sample were passed through flow-through cell at flow rate 0.2 mL/min containing 20 μm thick. This consisted 75% cellulose triacetate base polymer, 12.5% tris(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate plasticizer, Aliquat 336 cationic carrier. target enriched in μL stagnant acceptor solution prior online LC/MS analysis. performance system demonstrated determination chlorinated phenoxyacetic acid herbicides spiked river water.
