摘要: Since the last decade, Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes have become increasingly dependent on software packages, as latter are one of major drivers for integration supply chain processes. Such SCM packages increased in number, hence it is becoming more and difficult a manager to select best package from available market. The purpose this paper demonstrate an application Multicriteria Decision Model (MCDM) selection number alternative based factors. These factors classified into critical, objective subjective evaluation process procedure demonstrated with hypothetical case. It believed that managers can make use MCDM making decision which invest in.
